Estimates, not appraisals

Heirloom provides informational estimates only. Identifications and value ranges are generated by artificial intelligence from your photos and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not a formal appraisal, not authentication, and not financial, insurance, or legal advice. Do not rely on them for insurance valuations, estate settlements, tax matters, or authentication decisions — consult a qualified professional appraiser for those. Actual sale prices depend on condition, market timing, and buyers, and may fall outside any estimated range.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for decisions you make based on the app's output, including buying, selling, discarding, or insuring items. Always verify significant valuations independently — the app links to real sold listings to help you do exactly that.

Subscriptions

Heirloom offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Heirloom Pro"): a weekly plan (with a free trial where offered) and a yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free trial time, if unused, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Free tier

The free tier includes a limited number of scans per week, shown in the app. We may adjust free-tier limits; active subscribers are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not use Heirloom to analyze images you do not have the right to use, to attempt to extract or abuse the underlying AI service, or in any unlawful way. We may restrict service in cases of abuse.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding your photos) are owned by the developer. Your photos remain yours; you grant us only the processing rights needed to deliver the analysis you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from decisions based on estimates. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding twelve months.

Apple standard EULA

Use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
